The production technology of plug seedling trays is called compression molding. The simple understanding is that the plastic roll is heated and pressed into the shape of a seedling tray. As the gears of the machine rotate, the rolled material is pulled apart and transported to the middle of the mold. The raw materials are roasted at high temperature, and the upper mold presses the raw materials into the lower molding mold. After a few seconds of pressing, the closed mold is opened and the pressed pvc or polystyrene seed tray is sent to the knife edge. The automatic cylinder-driven knife will automatically cut off the link between the seedling trays, so that the second step of the production is completed.

It is based on our high-quality technology and quality control that the agricultural seedling trays we produce have smooth surfaces, bright color, and reliable stability character. Especially for the seedling trays with a large number of cells in 105 128 200 288 holes, we can make the thickness of each cell more uniform and the hardness basically consistent. At the same time, we also produce seedling trays with different weights and thicknesses according to the needs of customers.

With 10 production machines, it can produce 50,000 seedling trays per day. Despite the high production volume, demand is still in short supply during the peak season.
